Refund Eligibility
At EmbDesign, we strive to provide the best quality embroidery designs and services. However, due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
  • Technical issues that prevent you from downloading your purchase
  • Duplicate payments
  • Order cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase
Please note that change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design after download does not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@embdesign.shop with the following details:
  • Your order ID and purchase date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting screenshots or error messages
Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
  • Downloaded embroidery design files
  • Custom or personalized design orders
  • Subscription fees already billed
  • Free designs available for download on the website
