Once you've selected your design, click "Add to Cart". You can continue browsing or go directly to the cart to proceed with checkout. Make sure the file format (EMB, DST, PES, etc.) is suitable for your embroidery machine.

Go to the checkout page, fill in your details, and make payment through our secure payment gateway. We support all major payment options including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallets.

After a successful transaction, you'll be redirected to your order confirmation page. Your purchased designs will be instantly available for download there. You’ll also get an email with the download link.

Login to your EmbDesign account and go to "My Orders". All your purchased embroidery designs are stored here permanently, and can be re-downloaded anytime, anywhere. No expiry or limit on downloads.

If you face any issues like download error, file mismatch, or missing format, don’t worry. Just contact us with your order ID and we'll resolve the issue immediately. Support is available 24/7 via chat and email.
